Job Description:

In our Internet of Things team, we are searching for an IT delivery manager.

You will join a new team inside a company composed of recognized experts in IT performance optimization, AI, machine learning, IT architectures, security that will bring the same level of quality to Internet of Thing projects.

You will be responsible for helping customers obtain their business benefit through the adoption of Moviri IoT solutions. That is done through technical leadership, project management, and delivery lifecycle oversight. You will operate as the program-level technical lead by providing guidance on feasibility analysis, deployment approaches, implementation leadership, coordination of development, and production support services. You will work jointly with the customer team and the Movìri team starting from requirements analysis, design, development, testing and release.

You will also have the opportunity to work within our young & informal working environment.

Full-time position at the Milan Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects using the appropriate project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently;
  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team;
  • Managing a multidisciplinary team;
  • Ensure all solutions are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage;
  • Sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice;
  • Interact with customer buyers and team members in order to harmonize the collaboration and contribute to the creation of an optimal environment;
  • Contribute to identify and solve issues.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management activities;
  • Software Engineering skills;
  • Professional knowledge of modern IT architecture; 
  • Professional knowledge of modern software development methodologies and tool;
  • Professional knowledge of one of the following languages: Java, Go, C/C++ and corresponding frameworks;
  • (Optional, Preferred) – Previous experience in IoT development projects;
  • (Optional, Preferred) – Knowledge of embedded firmware development;
  • Effective communication and presentations skills;
  • Effective activity and time management skills;
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as team working.
