Job Description:

We are an international software and IT services group with multiple business units and subsidiaries. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and bright Talent Operations and Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team for our Boston and Los Angeles branches (current team of 20 people) and support our expanding operations in the country. 

Full-time position at the Boston Office.


  • Lead the recruiting process end-to-end: develop relationships with universities, attend career fairs, draft and publish job posts, screen CVs, organize and perform interviews, run background, and reference checks, support hiring decisions, process all related paperwork;
  • Manage employee relations: induction, training, career development, day-to-day communication, team building, performance management, promotions;
  • Work with the company’s attorneys to manage work visas and Green card applications for non-resident employees;
  • Liaise with and support our PEO and finance department for payroll and expense processing;
  • Review career models, incentive plans, and benefits packages draft and contribute to the group’s internal policies and best practices;
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong background: BSc/MSc level with relevant HR work experience (7-8 years), preferably in technology or consulting services industries;
  • Self-starter: able to work independently and handle multiple projects with limited supervision and strong attention to details;
  • People skills: excellent communication, relationship and team-building skills, capable of developing and maintaining a positive and creative working environment;
  • Commitment: you are a hard worker with a positive, can-do attitude, eager to roll up your sleeves and help, no matter the task;
  • Languages: native/fluent English, both written and spoken. An additional language (for example Spanish) will be considered a plus.
