Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced front end developer to contribute to the development of our product. The ideal candidate has experience in working with designers and users to define requirements and interaction patterns, contribute to the definition of mockups and iteratively implement and evolve UI elements, always striving to achieve a stellar customer experience.
You will join an elite team of distinguished experts in IT performance optimization, AI, machine learning, IT architectures to revolutionize the way performance optimization of large production systems is performed. You will contribute to the creation of a platform that will completely automate monitoring, testing, and tuning of complex IT stacks leveraging advanced AI algorithms. The platform will allow users to navigate through the results of the tests performed by the AI in order to identify patterns and extract valuable insights. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in an innovative project, with lots of personal opportunities, while enjoying our young & informal working environment.
Full-time position at the Milan Office.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of new features and the evolution of the UI of the product targeting enterprise customers all around the world;
• Interact with the design team and selected end-users to quickly iterate over prototypes and mockups to define the best UX and interaction patterns;
• Write high-quality code, while getting things done with a focus on efficiency;
• Participate in code reviews, perform QA, design and implement sound testing strategies;
• Improve CI/CD processes building code and UIs that are easy to test using an automation framework;
• Effectively collaborate with the team, sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices;
• Constantly learn, be open to quickly master new technologies, and evaluate architectural decisions;
• Coach junior members of the team to share your knowledge and expertise.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a front-end developer;
• Proficiency in modern web technologies and experience in building web applications with ReactJS;
• Proficiency in building single-page applications interacting with REST services;
• Knowledge of CI tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab;
• Effective communication skills;
• Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus: Python, React, Typescript, Redux, Mobx, Highcharts, d3js, AWSor GCP services.
