Job Description:

Operating at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, the Sales Development Representative’s mission is to research and identify new leads to generate new business opportunities, supporting the sales team in their revenue goals.

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop core sales skills and business acumen as you work alongside technology sales leaders.

The ideal candidate is an individual who thrives in a challenging and ambiguous environment, who knows that he/she can succeed in a fast-paced, client-facing sales career, and is comfortable with achieving/exceeding metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quotas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will plan and execute outbound outreach activities, including research, TALs, prospecting, segmentation, targeted recall, email, social and phone in collaboration with the sales team.
  • You will engage and qualify inbound leads sourced from demand generation, partners and event marketing activities.
  • You’ll take a role of first contact and “educate”-while-qualifying prospective customers. It is essential that you collaborate effectively with sales reps and account managers to sales-qualify accounts and generate commercial pipelines.
  • You’ll manage the handover of top-tier qualified accounts/leads to sales.
  • Aiming for continuous improvement, you’ll help develop SDR/campaign playbooks, scripts, templates, processes.
  • You will collaborate with marketing and subject matter experts to incorporate messaging, personas, JTBDs, propositions in SDR playbooks.
  • You will be expected to learn from peers, communities and experts how to incorporate new technologies and approaches into SDR – e.g. automation, CRM workflows, LLMs, AI agents…
  • You will learn from inevitable setbacks and from wins to continuously integrate market feedback back into the SDR process and playbooks.


  • You ideally have 1-2 years of experience as SDR/BDR/XDR with maybe some experience in field marketing, event marketing, digital marketing.
  • You have experience in the B2B technology and software industry. An experience working at, or on, a startup is a plus.
  • You have some understanding of demand gen, lead gen, content marketing and marketing funnel concepts and processes.
  • Knowledge of SDR and social selling is definitely a plus.
  • Command of the English language in a business context is essential.
  • Experience in the US market and other international markets is a plus.
  • Fluency in one or more languages such as French, Spanish, German, Russian or other major languages is a plus.
  • You have a competitive spirit and the drive for results. You are a fearless, curious and resilient self-starter who is able to take a lot of rejection and thrive.
  • You are a natural, polished communicator, with the ability to create rapport with a range of professional personas and roles.
  • You demonstrate the ability to listen attentively and communicate clearly in words and in writing, with the right balance of confidence and humility.
