Junior Marketing Designer – Internship

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Designer to produce high-quality work. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision. You can expect from this role a hands-on experience with design and image editing software, the opportunity to be guided and work with professionals, learning how to organize, multitask and manage time. You will also count on exposure to the design industry and its various responsibilities.

Full-time position at the Milan Office.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the design idea and concept to help deliver a proper  design;
• Using graphic techniques to create drafts and models;
• Collaborate with the senior designer to produce the final product;
• Support marketing department throughout the execution of campaigns and projects;
• Produce final design solutions on all media (artworks, social cards, banners, flyers, brand identity materials, photo editing, corporate decks, merchandising);
• Ensure brand consistency for marketing materials.

Job Requirements:

• Graphic Design qualification or similar;
• Good knowledge of Adobe CC suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Experience with Google Slides and Docs;
• Ability to work well within a team;
• Time management skills;
• A talent for creativity and problem-solving;
• Attention to detail;
• Effective communication skills.
